Safety – CSTICKET or CELLS Safety Ticket System

What is it?

Safety Ticket is a web service where CELLS users and employees can log and track security and safety risks, and must ask authorizations for any movement or modification involving a safety risk in CELLS facility, like moving a piece of infrastructure in the accelerator.

Main features:

• Safety requisition creation, authorization and resolution tracking

• Dashboard to quickly view last ticket list.

• Search page

• Document attachments, i.e. pictures of the issue

• Ticket state change alert

• Safety Ticket history

• Historic and performance reports

Quick overview:

• If you identify a security or safety risk, create a new safety ticket, type: investigation.

• If you need to modify or move anything involving a safety risk, create a safety ticket, type: authorization.

• Once your requisition is ready, send it. The Safety Office will be informed and assign someone to verify the issue.

• Once the investigation, movement or modification is completed, the assigned verifier will change the ticket status to verified, thus informing the Safety Office who will close the ticket.
