Request Tracker
What is it?
Request Tracker is a web service used to enter and track users requests or request tickets to any service from Computing and Engineering. Incidents, problems, changes or others, you can either enter your request in the Request Tracker clicking here or call 4400 directly. Your request will be addressed in the shortest delay, and redirected to the right person if necessary.
Why shall I use Request Tracker?
- The fastest way to get help
While specific people may be away or unavailable, a Request Ticket is sent to the whole service team, thus guaranteeing the shortest response time. - Tracking records
A request ticket keeps track of the request's history, status, priority, area, time to resolve, thus helping us help you better. If a new issue arise, we are able to track information back. - A communication high way
Request Tracker ensures all interested people are kept posted on a request's evolution. - A resource for Services improvements
Request Tracker data base is also a powerful source of information to get statistical data on response times, areas of issues and most demanded requests. It helps us design better services and products.
What can I request?
Almost any thing from Computing Service Catalog, as well as any site maintenance requests to the Engineering Division.
