What is it?

Engineering Internal Order is a web ordering service for works involving the Engineering team, for example, if you need the workshop to manufacture a special piece, or maintenance to install material in your office.

• Search and export Engineering orders history

• Document attachments. Ex: specifications.

Quick Overview:

• If you need Engineering work, create a New Order.

• Once your draft is final, send it to your supervisor through the application. Your order will then go through a verification and approval path – supervisor, Engineering coordinator and head of section –, before going to the Workshop Responsible for execution.

• The Workshop Responsible will close your order once fulfilled.

• An order can be rejected at any stage of the order processing.
