Remote Access
What is it?
Remote Access allows CELLS employees to use all IT resources remotely.
Main features:
- VPN access.
Allowed users can connect to https://vpn.cells.es and use their computer as if they were physically connected in CELLS office. For instance, they can access applications available from CELLS intranet only, or internal resources, like the storage shared folders. - Citrix Remote Access to CELLS applications and networked resources
Go to https://citrix.cells.es/ or click on Citrix Remote Apps from CELLS homepage - Remote console access to internal servers using command line SSH port forwarding.

From your web browser, go to www.cells.es and click on Mail access in Links area to access webmail.
Or use your favourite email client, MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Evolution , Kmail, Pine, Mutt, etc.
How to configure my e-mail client - Emergency recovery link. In case of general problems in our main Internet provider, there is an emergency remote connection by a radio link to CELLS using a satellite connection. This access is only granted to authorized IT staff.
Webmail access is the only Remote Access service granted to all CELLS staff by default. For security reasons, all other ones are granted on user request only.
