Resources Management – CTIME or TimeDB
What is it?
Time DB is a web service used by Computing and Controls Division staff to report time spent on support, projects, services and other, in order to balance resource, see trends, and make provision for future resource assignment. The data is used to generate high level reports with views on how resources are spent in each activity and each customer.
Main features:
- Automatic import of data from Absence and Request Ticket System, with possible entry modification
- Manual entry of time spent on project, services and other activities
- Weekly validation
- Online reports
